The Navisworks interface, workspace tools, navigation, and model handling processes are introduced. Learners practice importing files from Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM platforms.
You will learn how to manage clash issues, assign them to teams, and export detailed clash reports for meetings. Students also explore Navisworks โSwitchBackโ functionality to correct clashes in Revit.
You learn how to generate construction sequencing animations, simulate progress, and visualize site operations. The module also covers quantification workflows and model takeoff basics.
The exercise focuses on viewpoint creation, walk navigation, sectioning, and visual analysis. Students practice checking model quality and identifying inconsistencies.
Students perform clash detection between different model disciplines using various clash rules. They learn clash group management, status updates, and assigning responsibilities.
Students import construction schedules and map them to model components. They create time-based sequences for excavation, structure, and installation activities.
Effective learning starts with assessment. Learning a new skill is hard work. SkillAcross makes it easier.
